^{I am a native of Starkville, MS but have called birmingham home for the last 16 years. In addition to working as a realtor, I am also a teacher at hoover high school. I have taught 9th grade World History and currently teach Dual Enrollment American history to sophmores and juniors. I also taught middle school for 15 years in Mississippi, I recently completed my 31st year of teaching.}

^{I graduated from Mississippi state university and an undergraduate degree in education in 1992 and a graduate degree in history in 2005. I am an avid Mississippi state university supporter and representative of my university. I am active in the birmingham bulldog alumni assocation, have held various leadership positions within the group over the years and while helping the Alumni Association participate in local charitable events that benefit local Birmingham organizations. I have also been instrumental in working with the Alumni Assocaition in student recruitment from the Birmingham area and awarding scholarships to local students attending Mississippi Stae University.}

^{In addition to selling real estate, teaching, and working with the local alumni association, I am also passionate about dogs. I currently have 2 dogs, Taz and Berlin as part of my pack at home. I have fostered through local rescue group and donate to the local humane society.}
